MONUMENTAL DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Major Maneuvers Ahead Of The Coming Black Celestial Event - Jade Helm 2.0 Begins As Unconventional Warfare Exercise (UWEX16); Military Seeks Role Players For Urban Military Training Across The United States!

November 16, 2015 - UNITED STATES
- Fresh off the recent conclusion of the controversial urban military training exercise Jade Helm, military special forces are again preparing to train to take on the American people and they are using a familiar part of the country to do it.

On Monday, Bastrop County commissioners approved yet another request from United States Special Operations Forces to conduct covert urban military training in the region from March 10 to June 5, 2016, according to an article in the Austin American-Statesman.

The planned training, known as Unconventional Warfare Exercise or UWEX 16, is extremely secretive and will reportedly take place on private property as well as at Camp Swift.

Video of the council meeting confirms that the training is similar to the recently concluded Jade Helm and shows council leaders literally joking about allowing even more training with an obvious domestic focus.
Shockingly, (or perhaps not at this point) the council spent less than five minutes discussing UWEX 16 with a large part of that time spent cracking jokes about the military taking over the streets and the crazy conspiracy theorists coming out of the woodwork. (relevant info begins around the 38:20 mark)

WATCH: UWEX16 is the new Jade Helm.

In the short amount of time the council spent on the extremely important topic they completely ignored the long and documented reasoning for why this type of training worries citizens, instead opting for a military press release approved statement meant to insinuate that those against the training are against America when in reality we are attempting to stop the eventual takeover of it.

“The fact that it became a media event last time doesn’t change my feeling that we need to support military training so the men and women in the military can effectively protect us and the freedoms we enjoy in America,” County Judge Paul Pape said at the meeting.

Pape himself is apparently unaware or doesn’t care about the thousands of active and retired military personal that spoke out against Jade Helm, both in public and private. It’s also disgustingly Orwellian to see these idiots sitting around their council laughing about a training exercise that is OPENLY about preparing special forces for domestic deployment.

Texas is not alone

In a startling twist to the story, All News Pipeline uncovered documents that prove that military special forces aren’t just planning martial law style training in Texas but across at least four other states as well. In other words, UWEX 16 really is Jade Helm 2.0 and this time it is even more secretive.

ANP reports that the concerned wife of a civilian who works at Fort Bragg contacted them in order to point them towards posts on a military contractors website that advertise the need for different types of role players to take part in urban warfare training drills throughout the country.

With names such as ‘Guerrilla Chief‘, ‘Underground Leader’, ‘Media Newspaper Writer‘, Resistance Force Leader‘ and ‘State Dept Representative’, the needed role players are clearly set to play the part of different citizens that special forces would encounter while taking over an American city. But remember, according to officials and the mainstream media, this is all normal training for overseas and there is nothing to worry about.

Some of the different places listed in the role player documents include Camp Rilea, OR, Fort Bragg, NC, Camp Bulls, Texas, Davis Monathan Airforce Base in Arizona, and unknown parts of San Antonio, Texas. Also, it is highly likely that in the near future more information on this new widespread urban military training will be released which will add even more states to the list. Keep in mind that a good chunk of this type of training will surely take part off of military bases and onto American streets, regardless of what one corrupt city commission claims.

With this new domestic focused training now revealed and surely to go viral it is also likely that various mainstream media outlets will begin to again spread misinformation while never missing a chance to connect a random conspiracy theory about the training to the fears of it as a whole. This has actually already started with a lame attempt at sarcastic humor by a dedicated shill at the Dallas Observer.

Going forward it is important to note that most legitimate independent news outlets (including Intellihub.com) never reported that Jade Helm was for sure going to go live and result in a martial law takeover.

What was reported and what remains the truth today is that training such as Jade Helm and UWEX 16 have a transparent and obvious domestic focus which means that special forces units are being ordered to train for an eventual confrontation with the American people.

The fact that Jade Helm was one of the biggest ever urban military exercises, coupled with the recent announcement of UWEX 16, shows that, for one reason or another, the powers that be have accelerated this training. Whether that be for an upcoming economic collapse, terror attack, or just straight up deceleration of martial law for as yet unknown reasons remains to be seen.

What do you think? Why have we seen an obvious increase in the amount of urban military training in recent years with UWEX 16 and Jade Helm being just the latest examples? - Intellihub.

MONUMENTAL WEATHER ANOMALIES & GEOLOGICAL UPHEAVALS: Rare Wind-Driven Seiche Develops At Lake Erie Causes 7-FOOT Water Rise - Phenomenon Could Have Wiped Out Sections Of Buffalo, New York?!

November 14, 2015 - LAKE ERIE, UNITED STATES
- A natural disaster of epic proportions has been in-progress for about three hours so far at Lake Erie and there's no sign of it stopping anytime soon.  The storm that caused spectacular waves on Lake Michigan and some minor lakeshore flooding also sent Lake Erie's water listing like a boat.

The phenomenon is called a seiche.

Data from the Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory shows the water level at Buffalo increased about 7 1/2 feet from 5 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 to 3 p.m. the same day.

Dave Mercer took video of Lake Erie just south of Buffalo on Wednesday, Nov. 12 (Courtesy: Dave Mercer)

A rare wind-driven  "Seiche" is taking place, wherein the wind is so fierce and sustained, it is blowing the entire body of lake water from west-to-east causing the natural sea level at the west end of Lake Erie to DROP 6 feet and the natural sea level at the east end to rise more than 7 feet!

A map of Lake Erie (Courtesy: Google Maps)

Massive flooding is now taking place at the east end of Lake Erie, with inundating amounts of water flowing out of the lake onto nearby shore roads, causing those roads to become impassable.  The seiche is already more than 7 feet tall and it continues to rise, spelling doom for many local residents, and perhaps entire sections of the city of Buffalo, New York.  The graphics below explain how a Seiche occurs:

In the Twitter video below, Dave Mercer posted this action of Lake Erie just south of Buffalo from Thursday's storm:

Water charts showing the LIVE water levels at both ends of Lake Erie tell the story quite graphically.

At Toledo, Ohio on the western shore of Lake Erie where the water level dropped by more than 6 feet suddenly today:

At Buffalo, NY, hundreds of miles to the east, the water level has suddenly risen by more than SEVEN FEET today, and continues to rise!

No one knows how long this wind-driven water will continue to rise, but Buffalo, NY and its surrounding towns could see vast portions of their communities literally wiped out -- without any warning -- within hours from now. - SS95 | MLIVE.

May 20, 2015 - MOSCOW, RUSSIA
- Outside Moscow on Wednesday, Russia's Emergency Ministry staged a massive demonstration of how they deal with an earthquake measuring nine-points on the Richter scale.

The scenario that was gamed-out for the drill included fallen buildings, chemical spills, a derailed train and even a downed passenger plane.

To deal with such a catastrophe over 1,200 rescuers were deployed, some arrived on quads or parachuted from the sky while others arrived on horseback. To contain the disaster around 200 units of equipment were employed to battle the fires, dangerous chemicals as well as to rescue trapped people.

A whole range of aircraft were used from the large Ilyushin Il-76, to smaller Be-200 amphibious planes, as well as Mi-8 and Ka-32A helicopters. Altogether 19 aircraft were used for putting out fires alone.

MONUMENTAL DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Major Maneuvers Ahead Of The Coming Black Celestial Event - Signs That The "Elites" Are Feverishly Preparing For Something BIG!

May 13, 2015 - UNITED STATES
- What in the world are the elite up to?  In recent days, we have learned that the New York Fed is moving a lot of operations to Chicago because of concerns about what a “natural disaster” could do, the federal government is buying 62 million rounds of ammunition commonly used in AR-15 semi-automatic rifles for “training” purposes, and NORAD is moving back into Cheyenne Mountain because it is “EMP-hardened”.  In addition, government authorities have scheduled a whole host of unusual “training exercises” all over the nation.  So are the elite doing all of this in order to prepare for something really BIG, or should we just chalk up all of this strange activity to rampant government paranoia?

First, let’s talk about what the New York Fed has been doing.

What kind of natural disaster would be bad enough to completely shut down the operations of the New York Federal Reserve Bank?  It would have to be something very unusual, and apparently the New York Fed is very concerned that such an event could happen.  According to Reuters, the New York Fed has been transferring personnel to Chicago and building up its satellite office there just in case a “natural disaster” makes it impossible for normal operations to continue in New York…
The New York branch of the U.S. Federal Reserve, wary that a natural disaster or other eventuality could shut down its market operations as it approaches an interest rate hike, has added staff and bulked up its satellite office in Chicago.

Some market technicians have transferred from New York and others were hired at the office housed in the Chicago Fed, according to several people familiar with the build-out that began about two years ago, after Hurricane Sandy struck Manhattan.

Officials believe the Chicago staffers can now handle all of the market operations that are done daily out of the New York Fed, which is the U.S. central bank’s main conduit to Wall Street.
This seems very odd.

In all of U.S. history, there has never been a natural disaster in New York City that would have been bad enough to totally shut down the operations of the New York Fed for an extended period of time.

So why are they so concerned?

Well, I can think of one event that could cause such a disruption…

An east coast tsunami.

This is something that I wrote about in this article.  But other than that, it is hard to imagine a natural disaster which could shut down the New York Fed for an extended period of time.

Another very odd thing that we learned about this week is an absolutely massive purchase by the government of ammunition that is commonly used in AR-15 semi-automatic rifles.
The following comes from an article by Paul Joseph Watson
The Department of Homeland Security is set to purchase over 62 million rounds of ammo typically used in AR-15 semi-automatic rifles, just weeks after the ATF was forced to back down on a ban on M855 bullets.

A posting on FedBizOpps.gov this week reveals that the DHS is looking to contract with a company to provide 12.6 million rounds of .223 Remington ammunition per year for a period of five years – totaling 62.5 million bullets.

The solicitation explains that the purchase is intended, “to achieve price savings over the current .223 Rem duty ammunition.” The bullets will be used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents nationwide for “training” purposes.
Why in the world would U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents nationwide need such a massive amount of ammunition for “training” purposes?

That seems very odd.

Something else that seems very strange is the fact that NORAD is moving back into Cheyenne mountain after all these years…

It shut down nearly ten years ago as the threat from Russia seemed to subside, but this week the Pentagon announced that Cheyenne Mountain will once again be home to the most advanced tracking and communications equipment in the United States military.

The shift to the Cheyenne Mountain base in Colorado is designed to safeguard the command’s sensitive sensors and servers from a potential electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack, military officers said.

The Pentagon last week announced a $700 million contract with Raytheon Corporation to oversee the work for North American Aerospace Command (NORAD) and US Northern Command.

Admiral William Gortney, head of NORAD and Northern Command, said that ‘because of the very nature of the way that Cheyenne Mountain’s built, it’s EMP-hardened.’
So the U.S. military is concerned about an EMP attack all of a sudden?

Spending 700 million dollars to move back inside a mountain just because it is “EMP-hardened” is a pretty big deal.

Do they know something that we don’t?

On top of everything else, we have been seeing lots of strange “training exercises” being scheduled all over the nation recently.

For example, the following is from a news story about one being held in Iowa
This week you may notice extra emergency vehicles and public safety officers running around in tactical gear, Hazmat suits, and bomb suits. It’s a part of a statewide drill Des Moines is hosting Tuesday and Wednesday to prepare emergency personnel for dealing with weapons of mass destruction.

Brian O’Keefe with the Des Moines Fire Department said emergency officials in Iowa need to be prepared for anything.

“You know we’re number one seed producer with corn and soy, chicken embryo development, middle of the country heartland. So I’m sure all states access it. But we’re a target like any other large community,” said O’Keefe.
And here is an excerpt form a news story about an exercise known as “Northern Exposure” that is being held in Michigan
The National Guard event is called Northern Exposure, which is taking place across Michigan during the month of June, he said. According to the Michigan National Guard website, Northern Exposure is “a major exercise in Michigan where the military provides defense support to civilian authorities.”
In addition, the U.S. military will be conducting some “unusual” training activity out in Arizona and California
If you see some unusual helicopters overhead in the next couple of days, there’s nothing to worry about.

The I Marine Expeditionary Force G-7 will be conducting a Realistic Military Training this week, using the Prescott Municipal Airfield as a helicopter refueling point in order to facilitate a Long Range Raid at Camp Navajo, Arizona.

This Certification Exercise (CERTEX) is directed to be conducted from April 8-21, 2015 at various training locations throughout California and Arizona. The training at Prescott will take place on April 15, 16.
All of this is in addition to the exercise that people have really been buzzing about.  It is called “Jade Helm”, and in this particular “unconventional warfare exercise”, the states of Texas and Utah will be designated as “hostile territory”
“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado,” according to an unclassified military document announcing the training drill, which runs from July 15 through September 15.

Multiple branches of the US military, including Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division, will participate in the 8-week long exercise, which may result in “increased aircraft in the area at night.”

Troops will be tasked with honing advanced skills in “large areas of undeveloped land with low population densities,” and will work alongside “civilians to gain their trust and an understanding of the issues.”

The exercise, in which some participants will be “wearing civilian clothes and driving civilian vehicles,” lists Texas and Utah as “hostile” territory.
Should we be alarmed by these exercises?

Some people sure think so.

Another thing that has people scratching their heads are the weird closures of Wal-Mart stores all over the nation for supposed “plumbing problems”…
Not just one, but five Walmart stores across the U.S. are closing their doors due to plumbing problems that, in some cases, will take four to six months to repair.

Those closing include locations in Livingston and Midland, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and near Los Angeles.

For the Brandon Walmart, I talked to Hillsborough County and Walmart to get answers about why these plumbing repairs will take so long and whether the issues are connected, but local customers are already skeptical.

“Why is it just plumbing problems? It’s gonna take them six months to fix up the store?” asked customer John Mambrl.
Yes, is it really going to take them six months to fix the toilets?
Either someone at Wal-Mart is extremely incompetent, or there is something fishy going on here.
In the end, perhaps there is nothing to any of this.

Perhaps all of these examples are just unrelated coincidences.

But then again, perhaps not.

MONUMENTAL DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Major Maneuvers Ahead Of The Coming Black Celestial Event - Why Is Wal-Mart Mysteriously Shuttering Stores Nationwide For "PLUMBING ISSUES" As The Company Partners With Homeland Security In "UNUSUAL ALLIANCE"; Does "Plumbing" Mean Preparing Deep Underground Military Bases; What Does This Have To Do With Jade Helm Military Exercises?!

April 27, 2015 - UNITED STATES
- Earlier this year, Wal-Mart became one of several corporate heavyweights to lift wages for its meagerly compensated workers, around 500,000 of which are now set to receive at least $9/hour and $10/hour by Q1 2016 (that of course assumes they make it on $9 an hour for another 12 months and don’t seek out other employment by sheer necessity).

Meanwhile, as we noted earlier this month, the move by the country’s largest retailer to pay a few extra pennies to its (basically) minimum wage employees comes at a cost to the company’s suppliers because when you operate on the thinnest of margins in order to be the “low price leader,” someone has to pay for those wage hikes and you can’t pass along the costs to customers because many of your low-income patrons are operating from the same tax bracket as your low-paid employees. As such, the poor companies along the supply chain are forced to lower their prices and of course they’re going to comply because well, you’re Wal-Mart meaning you’re your vendors’ biggest account pretty much by default.

The outcome is that “while WMT (or MCD or GAP or Target) boosts the living standards of its employees by the smallest of fractions, it cripples the cost and wage structure of the entire ecosystem of vendors that feed into it, and what takes place is a veritable avalanche effect where a few cent increase for the lowest paid megacorp employees results in a tidal wave of layoffs for said megacorp's vendors.”

If that doesn’t turn out to be enough in the face of an economy which isn’t really recovering and in which low-income shoppers are constrained by lackluster (and by that we mean nonexistent) wage growth, some sacrifices may have to be made. The problem is that laying people off and shuttering stores two months after a celebrated wage hike initiative doesn’t inspire much confidence and could turn into a PR issue, but one thing you could do is get creative, and while we’re not plumbers, we do find it curious that five geographically distinct Wal-Mart stores have been closed in the past week for “ongoing plumbing issues that will require extensive repairs.”

Here’s more from a local CBS affiliate:
10 News called the county. Officials say they have no record of any code or permit violation at the Brandon location.

And when 10 News was at the Wal-Mart Tuesday, there were no marked septic trucks or plumbing vehicles in the lot.

"Where is everybody if they're supposed to be working on everything where are all the trucks?" asked shopper Melissa Dupuis.

10 News asked a Wal-Mart spokesperson whether the five stores were built from the same design, whether they had the same contractor, anything to understand why all of them closed on the same day for "plumbing issues."

The only thing they have in common, the spokesperson said are the highest number of plumbing incidents.

Leaving some customers to wonder "how many things have they not said. That's scary," said shopper Norma Espinosa.

And here’s more from a local ABC report in Florida:
BRANDON, Fla. - Employees of a Wal-Mart in Brandon that abruptly closed Monday were among more than 2,000 employees nationwide who learned almost simultaneously they were being laid off.

In a nearly identical manner at every store, Wal-Mart corporate officials visited the five locations, called an impromptu meeting in the back of the store and told employees that the stores would be closing that evening.

Besides Brandon, the affected locations were in Pico Rivera, Calif., Livingston, Texas, Midland, Texas, Tulsa, Okla.

“The issues mostly relate to clogs and water leaks in the plumbing - we’ve had persistent issues over the last several years,“ said a Wal-Mart spokesperson said.

“These incidents impact the availability of water and create drainage issues for critical areas of the store which impacts our ability to serve customers,” she said.

“Normally, we do our best to avoid disrupting a store’s operations. However, given this particular store had one of the highest incidences of plumbing issues in the entire fleet and in order to reduce the costs associated with these incidents, we felt it was in the store’s best interest to invest in making the necessary improvements to resolve these issues,” the spokesperson said.

The I-Team has learned that none of the five affected stores have sought any plumbing permits for future repairs.

“We’re in a holding pattern. We’re anxious to learn exactly what they’re planning,” said Pico Rivera City Manager James Enriquez, when we contacted him about the store’s closing Tuesday.

Enriquez says when Wal-Mart notified the city Monday that it was closing the store, he offered his full support in trying to get it back open.

“My building official walked out there and didn’t see any work being done,” he said.
Wal-Mart Stores from Texas to Florida close for 6 Months. Does this have anything to do with Jade Helm 15 military exercises?
Will these stores be "processing" facilities for Americans by Homeland Security.

So there you have it, “clogs and water leaks” but no plumbing permits and 2,000 affected employees, many of whom were presumably just given the news that they would be getting a raise only to discover that they will get 60 days of pay before they’ll need to find a job at another WalMart location (hopefully one with no plumbing issues) or find other employment.

Could "plumbing issues" really be underground tunnels linking to Deep Underground Military Bases?

We’ll leave it to readers to discern if these “clogs and leaks” are real or whether the company is just quietly shutting down stores across the country.

Homeland Security taps new partner in "terror fight": Wal-Mart

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has enlisted a new partner in its fight against terrorism: Wal-Mart.

WATCH: Janet Napolitano - Wal-Mart Announcement.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced the unusual alliance Monday on the department's blog and in a promotional video posted to YouTube.

“Homeland security starts with hometown security, and each of us plays a critical role in keeping our country and communities safe,” she said. "This partnership will help millions of shoppers across the nation identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.”
Should the war on terror be fought in the aisles of Wal-Mart stores?

At least 200 Wal-Mart stores will roll out security announcements within 24 hours, Wal-Mart spokesman Dan Fogleman said. By month's end, 588 stores in 27 states will be participating in the program. A short video featuring Napolitano will appear on TV screens at select checkout lanes, asking Wal-Mart shoppers to contact local law enforcement to report suspicious activity.

"If you see something suspicious in the parking lot or in the store, say something immediately," Napolitano said in the video. "Report suspicious activity to your local police or sheriff. If you need help ask a Wal-Mart manager for assistance."

Fogelman said employees won't receive any special training as part of the program. But Wal-Mart managers do work closely with local police, he said.

"We work with local law enforcement all the time," Fogleman said. "If someone needs help, we will certainly assist. If someone asks us to call police, we will call police."

"If You See Something, Say Something" has become a familiar sight for New York subway riders since 2002. The campaign was created by The New York City's Metropolitan Transit Authority and funded, in part, by $13 million from a Homeland Security grant program.

The Homeland Security Department has subsequently expanded the program to other transit agencies and some private entities, including the Mall of America, the American Hotel & Lodging Association and sports and general aviation industries.

But some marketing experts say they aren't sure how the message will play in a retail setting.

While the message may be  familiar one for people who use public transportation and airports, it's new one for many in smaller hometowns, said Sarah Kerkian, insights supervisor at Cone Inc., a strategy and communications firm in Boston.

"It may make shoppers feel cared for," Kerkian said. "But others may say, 'Who are you to bring me this message?'"

But Fogleman, the Wal-Mart spokesman, said the Homeland Security alliance with the nation's largest retailer makes perfect sense

"Wal-Mart is a place where people gather, it's a place where you sometimes see your neighbor the most," Fogleman said. "It is important to Wal-Mart that it help protect the safety of its community." - NBC.

MONUMENTAL DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Major Military Maneuvers Ahead Of The Coming Black Celestial Event - Major U.S. And U.K. Airborne Operation In North Carolina; REALISTIC Military Training In California, Arizona; Marine Unit Drills At Sports Park; MASSIVE MILITARY CONVOY Headed Towards Texas, "I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT"; More JADE HELM Preparations; Pentagon Drafting THOUSANDS Of "Cyber Forces" In Prep For Cyber Emergency; DHS To Purchase 62 MILLION MORE ROUNDS OF AR-15 AMMO?!

April 15, 2015 - UNITED STATES - The following constitutes the latest reports of  major disaster preparedness by the United States government as the black celestial event nears.

About 50 paratroopers were injured Monday after a large-scale airborne operation conducted by the 82nd Airborne Division and the United Kingdom's 16 Air Assault Brigade.

About 2,100 paratroopers participated in Monday night's airborne operation. Most of the injured troops were Americans; about 10 were British paratroopers, said Lt. Col. Cathy Wilkinson, a spokeswoman for the 82nd Airborne Division.

The paratroopers were taken to Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to be evaluated by medical personnel, the 82nd Airborne said in a statement.

About 40 of them were released and returned to duty early Tuesday afternoon.

Five were admitted to the hospital and the rest were waiting to be evaluated.

Most of the paratroopers suffered injuries to their legs or ankles or had back pain, which "are not out of the ordinary for injuries associated with airborne operations," Wilkinson said.

None of the injuries was life-threatening, and officials expected the majority of the soldiers to be able to return to their normal duties by the end of the day Tuesday.

"The 82nd Airborne Division conducts thousands of airborne operations each year," Wilkinson said. "Exiting an aircraft in flight with a full combat equipment load comes with inherent risks, but we take prudent precautions to minimize potential injuries."

Monday night's jump, which took place shortly before 9 p.m., resulted in "relatively minor injuries for a small number of the participants," she said. "We're thankful that the majority of the troopers were treated and released and wish everyone a fast recovery."

The jump, featuring soldiers from the 82nd Airborne's 2nd Brigade Combat Team and the U.K.'s 3rd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment, 16 Air Assault Brigade, kicked off a major exercise between the two units.

The Combined Joint Operational Access Exercise is the largest U.S.-U.K. bilateral airborne training operation to take place on Fort Bragg in the last 20 years.

The soldiers were to jump from American C-17s and C-130s and Royal Air Force aircraft onto Fort Bragg before moving to seize an airfield, evacuate non-combatants and execute offensive and defensive operations.

Some U.S. paratroopers jumped with British parachutes and vice versa, but there is no indication that was a factor, Wilkinson said.

The exercise is continuing as scheduled, Wilkinson said. - Army Times.

Realistic Military Training in California, Arizona...

If you see some unusual helicopters overhead in the next couple of days, there's nothing to worry about.

The purpose of the exercise is to "...provide the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) the opportunity to conduct training in unfamiliar environments during the final phase of their pre-deployment program. During CERTEX, the 15th MEU will be required to conduct a series of challenging and realistic training events to test their ability to conduct conventional and specialized missions.

Yavapai Downs Fiargrounds will also be utilized to conduct a Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel. A Marine actor will play the role of a downed pilot. MEU personnel will insert by helicopter, set security, search for and locate a downed pilot and extract by helicopter.

Before arriving, military personnel will conduct a thorough site survey and operational risk and safety assessment of all civilian training sites to identify safety issues and concerns, as well as establish mitigating factors required to ensure that all safety measures are taken. Coordination has been conduceted with all property owners and local law enforcement.

According to the information received, "The USMC has conducted similar training exercises throughout the United States and it's territories safely and without incident since 1985.

Senators John McCain and Flake have been notified, as has Representative Paul Gosar, Governor Doug Ducey, Mayor Marlin Kuykendall, Sheriff Scott Mascher and Chief Jerald Monahan.

"Your support of this exercise will erve a vital role in preparing the United States Marines for service during the current War on Terrorism," concludes the notification. - Prescotte News.

Marine unit conducts exercise at sports park - Part of larger training operation involving sites in California and Arizona

U.S. Marines from the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit from Camp Pendleton conducted a non-combatant evacuation operation training exercise at Robert A. Sessions Memorial Sports Park reportedly at round 3:45 p.m. on Monday.

Staff Sgt. Bobbie Curtis, media communications chief at Camp Pendleton, said the purpose of the exercise was to provide the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit the opportunity to conduct training in unfamiliar environments during the final phase of their pre-deployment program. During the certified exercise, the unit was required to conduct a series of challenging and realistic training events to test their ability to conduct conventional and specialized missions.

The Expeditionary Operations Training Group was in charge of the exercise, according to a notice of the exercise that was sent to city and law enforcement officials. The exercise was to be conducted off federal property to provide realistic military training.

According to the notice, the unit would insert personnel by helicopter, set security, screen and process evacuees and extract all personnel by helicopter. Curtis said the evacuees were U.S. Marine actors.

According to a media advisory provided by Curtis, The Expeditionary Operations Training Group will evaluate the unit’s ability to provide a flexible sea-based Marine air ground task force capable of conducting amphibious operations, crisis response and limited contingency operations.

Training was scheduled to occur in San Pedro April last weekend, Yavapai County, Ariz., Blythe, Prescott, Ariz., Tuesday through Thursday and offshore of California, April 9 through Friday. The advisory said military aircraft and an increase in noise may be noticed around these areas, but no live-fire training will take place near any of these populated areas.

The exercise, according to the advisory, provides the unit the opportunity to conduct training in unfamiliar environments during the final phase of their pre-deployment program. During the evaluation, the unit will be required to conduct a series of challenging and realistic training events to test their ability to conduct conventional and specialized missions.

The unit is comprised of approximately 2,500 Marines and sailors from the southern California region. The advisory said the unit is built around an infantry battalion with air and combat service support, and it provides a force that can quickly respond to a variety of contingencies and military operations all while continuing to strengthen international relationships though joint security and stability training. - Desert Dispatch.

Massive Military Convoy Spotted Headed Towards Texas! 'I've Never Seen Anything Like It' More Jade Helm 15 Preparations

With the official beginning of Jade Helm 15 still more than 3 months away, a massive military convoy was spotted on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike heading south of Oklahoma City towards Texas and captured in the several photographs published above and below. We were told that these pictures are only a small fraction of the entire convoy and that the person who took them had 'never seen anything like it'. They also took two videos during the long passing of this convoy, one 5 minutes long and one 3 minutes long, but the videos 'oddly disappeared' from their phone.

While some may unwisely dismiss this convoy as 'normal military movement', ANP strongly disagrees and cite as evidence recent warnings voiced by a survivor of the 'round-up' of dissidents by the Fidel Castrol regime in Cuba who told us he was 'immensely worried about Jade Helm' as shared in the 3rd video below as well as the conspiracy by mainstream media outlets such as the Washington Post to hide the 'true purpose' of Jade Helm. Google has also pinned the Washington Post Jade Helm 15 propaganda story to the top of their news search for many consecutive days in an attempt to sway their users perceptions to believe that there is 'nothing to worry about' in regards to the US military's 'invasion of America'. In the 5th video below, Bug Out Preps shares with us the difference between 'normal' military training and Jade Helm 15 and what we learn is that what we are now witnessing here is 'anything but normal'.

We were also told that the person who took these photographs passed a gas station along the route and there were 30-60 men on the ground surrounding humvees and other huge trucks with tarps covering up whatever might have been inside them with possibly 20+ vehicles at that location. The photographer also mentioned that she was sure that these some of these men KNEW that they were being videotaped and photographed but she shrugged it off as 'oh well, I'm likely on the red list anyways.'

Each and every day we are witnessing more preparation for a massive military-style event taking place in the USA of a magnitude that we have never seen before and as warned by Steve Quayle in the 2nd video below, an event that likely will change America forever. In the 4th video below from Roy Cooper we're given an update on the emerging proof that Jade Helm 15 will have 'death squad' activity as many upcoming events are now pointing to September 2015 while in the 1st video, an exclusive from The Alex Jones Channel, we SEE proof that the National Guard is now training to put US citizens into FEMA camps.

With Jade Helm 15 coming and 'martial law exercises' across America nearly every week now, we have to ask, where is the urgency with Americans? Does anybody care that America is about to change drastically for the worst or is everybody too caught up in their latest 'diversions' to even see what we can clearly see unfolding? What about the videos that were taken? Do you think they were somehow 'wiped clean' by a new government technology to prevent them, too, from being released showing exactly how long this military convoy stretched or maybe for containing footage of something that the govt didn't want us to see? Why would the National Guard now be training to intern Americans into FEMA camps as shown in the 1st video below? More preparation for the 'red list' roundups?  - ANP.

Pentagon drafting thousands of ‘cyber forces’ in prep for cyber emergency

A week after US officials said a Russian group hacked the White House, Pentagon officials told the Senate that they are creating cyber “surge forces” trained to defend America’s energy, telecommunication and critical infrastructure.

The Pentagon intends to draft personnel for its cyber reserve force from civilians as well as the National Guard in the event of a network emergency, a top military official told the Senate Armed Forces committee on Tuesday.

“Cyber attacks pose a serious threat to networks and systems of critical infrastructure. The Department of Defense relies on US critical infrastructure to perform its current and future missions. Intrusions into that infrastructure could disrupt or destroy critical systems in a time of crisis,” Eric Rosenbach, the defense principal cyber adviser to the Secretary of Defense, told the Senate Armed Forces subcommittee.

The testimony given to the subcommittee was regarding the military’s cyber programs, which were mentioned in the Defense Authorization Request for Fiscal year 2016 and Future Years Defense Program.

Rosenbach said the cyber threats also target companies that work with the Department of Defense (DoD) in its Defense Industrial Base, and have already led to the loss of intellectual property and sensitive information. Those attacks, he added, threaten US economic growth and enable adversaries to more easily achieve technological parity with the US.

The Pentagon is building the Cyber Mission Force under its offensive and defensive Cyber Command, which, when fully equipped in 2018, will have 133 teams and nearly 6,200 military and civilian personnel. Part of the force will be the “surge force,” with “up to 2,000 Reserve and National Guard personnel.” So far, the department is half staffed.

“External actors probe and scan DoD networks for vulnerabilities millions of times each day, and over one hundred foreign intelligence agencies continually attempt to infiltrate Department of Defense networks. Some incursions – state and non-state – have succeeded,” said Rosenbach.

Due to these constant cyberattacks, the Pentagon wants to bring in security reinforcements, though it’s currently facing a cyber workface shortage. Military and civilian agencies are competing with the private sector for scarce cyber talent. Lawmakers and advisory councils have long recommended the federal government institute a civilian cyber militia to aid agencies during crises.

The department is talking to industry members about incentives and career pathways to bring more cyber expertise into the military, Rosenbach testified.

He singled out North Korea’s alleged attack on Sony Pictures Entertainment as an example of “the most destructive cyberattack against the United States to date.” - RT.

DHS to Purchase 62 Million More Rounds of AR-15 Ammo

Feds attempting to control the market, dry up supply? Purchase in addition to billions of bullets previously bought by feds

The .223 Remington is one of the most common rifle cartridges in use in the United States and is used both in bolt action rifles and semi-automatic rifles such as the AR-15 and the Ruger Mini-14.

In 2013, following concerns about the DHS buying large quantities of several different types of ammunition, weapons manufacturers noted that the feds may have been attempting to control the ammunition market by forcing manufacturers to hold back stock from general sale.

“If they periodically do this in increments, they’re going to control how much ammo is available on the commercial market,” a weapons manufacturer told Michael Savage, adding that the contracts with bullet manufacturers stipulate that everything made goes to the government as the number one priority before it is allowed to enter the commercial market.

In March 2013, Californian Congressman Doug LaMalfa and 14 of his House peers wrote a letter to the Department of Homeland Security demanding to know why the federal agency was buying so many rounds of ammunition and whether the purchases were part of a deliberate attempt to restrict supply to the American people.

“The extraordinary level of ammunition purchases made by Homeland Security seems to have, in states such as my own, created an extreme shortage of ammunition to the point where many gun owners are unable to purchase any,” LaMalfa wrote in the letter.

The bulk purchase follows attempts by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to ban M855 ammo, another popular round for AR-15’s used by hunters. The ATF justified the ban by claiming that the bullets were “armor piercing” and a threat to law enforcement officers.

After being on the receiving end of a huge backlash, the feds were forced to back down and ATF director B. Todd Jones subsequently tendered his resignation. Democratic Congressman Steve Israel called the ATF backdown “cowardly” and vowed to revive the ban.

The ATF’s threat to ban the ammo temporarily caused prices of the bullet to surge more than double in price.

Although federal agencies are increasingly hiding their purchases by limiting public information on fbo.gov, it can still be conservatively estimated from available data that the feds have purchased at least 2.11 billion rounds of ammunition since April 2012:

That’s enough ammo to kill around 30% of the world’s population.

Furthermore, U.S. soldiers were shooting around 5.5 million rounds of ammunition per month during the war in Iraq, or 66 million rounds annually. Using that figure, the feds have stockpiled enough ammo over the past two years to fight a 32-year war. - Info Wars.

MAJOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Major Military Maneuvers Ahead Of The Coming Black Celestial Event - Statewide WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION Drill Underway In Des Moines, Iowa?!

File photo.

April 15, 2015 - IOWA, UNITED STATES
- This week you may notice extra emergency vehicles and public safety officers running around in tactical gear, Hazmat suits, and bomb suits.

More than 100 emergency response personnel from around the state will participate including bomb technicians, law enforcement and Iowa Homeland Security.

Tuesday morning officials will met at the Wells Fargo Arena and review proper procedures for dealing with potential WMDs. After the review they’ll get into teams and go through various stations assessing different hypothetical situations and practicing with different detection equipment.

Because most teams already know how to handle WMDs on their own, officials say working together with local, regional, and state agencies is what will be most important in these exercises.

“It’s the leadership that’s critical. We will always learn what we can over these next couple of days, but most of that’s already shared. We’ve already standardized the tactics the techniques and the procedures so this is just more of doing the handshake, of making sure we’re both working on the same plan and making sure that what we’ve trained for actually flows smoothly,” said O’Keefe.

On Wednesday personnel will hold a large scale drill at the Wells Fargo Arena and on the east side of Des Moines. - WHOTV.

MAJOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS: Wary Of Natural Disaster - The New York Branch Of The U.S. Federal Reserve Bulks Up Its Satellite Office In Chicago?!

April 15, 2015 - ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES
- The New York branch of the U.S.

Officials believe the Chicago staffers can now handle all of the market operations that are done daily out of the New York Fed, which is the U.S. central bank's main conduit to Wall Street.

The satellite office in the Midwest readies the New York Fed for perhaps the most delicate U.S. interest-rate hike ever. With rates having been near zero for more than six years, and markets flooded with reserves, the Fed will rely on an array of new tools to help it tighten policy, likely later this year.

Two of the sources, which included market participants and Fed officials and who spoke under condition of anonymity, said the Chicago office was partly protection against a possible cyber attack against the New York Fed. In February, Fed Chair Janet Yellen told a congressional panel the central bank is addressing "ever-escalating (cyber) threats to our operations."

But the main reason for the build-out 700 miles (1,127 kilometers) to the west appeared to be the need to have staff ready at all times in case of disaster.

Lower Manhattan lost power and flood waters came within blocks of the New York Fed when Sandy hit in 2012. Early-stage backup plans were also put in place after the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York.

A spokeswoman for the New York Fed declined to comment. The Chicago Fed bank deferred to its New York counterpart.

The New York Fed's Chicago-based staffers already handle some daily market operations including purchases and sales of Treasury and mortgage bonds, and controlling the central bank's key federal funds rate.

They would also be expected to take the reins as necessary on new and lightly tested tools meant to help the Fed raise borrowing costs such as an overnight reverse repurchase facility, known as ON RRP, and term repos.

One source estimated there were between 20-30 New York employees at the Chicago Fed, saying more were being recruited. - Reuters.

At least eight people have been killed in the fire that swept more than 2.5 million square meters (660 acres), according to Chile's National Emergency Office (ONEMI).

Flames are blazing in the urban area that is only 80 kilometers from the country’s capital, Santiago, while strong winds are drives the flames on to the cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, situated on the Pacific Coast.

"This is the worst disaster I've seen in Valparaiso," La Prensa reported Ricardo Bravo, the local mayor, as saying.

"Now we fear that the fire could spread to the city center, which would increase the seriousness of this terrible emergency," Bravo said.

Firefighters from seven provinces, some of them in helicopters, are trying to battle the blaze.

A state of emergency has been declared by Chilean President Michelle Bachelet, giving armed forces authorization to help firefighters tackle the fire.

More than 3,000 residents have been evacuated, according to La Prensa.

EXTREME WEATHER: The Great Walls Of Fire - Staggering Pictures Of The Towering Flames From Coalmine Blaze In Australia, Which Has Been Burning For Three Weeks; New Study Forecast Australia To Get Hotter And Bushfire Season To Last Longer! [STUNNING PHOTOS]

March 05, 2014 - AUSTRALIA - Towering flames reach to the sky in a spectacular scene that resembles a volcano eruption as a wall of fire rages at an Australian coal mine.

Engulfed: These pictures shot by the fire service show staggering scenes at Morwell, Victoria, where Australian firefighters have been battling for three weeks to put out a fire which has engulfed the coalmine.

Wall of fire: Coalmine in Morwell, Victoria, Australia has been on fire for almost three
weeks after an arsonist lit bushfire that spread.

Dramatic photographs have emerged of an out-of-control fire at Hazelwood open-cut coal mine, which has left the Victorian town of Morwell exposed to smoke and ash.

The fire is burning over 400 hectares of land, with flames reaching between 20 and 50 metres high.

Sick and elderly people are being urged to leave the town, amid mounting concern over the health risks associated with rising carbon monoxide levels.

The Government is expected to make an announcement today on the recommended course of action for thousands of residents in Victoria's LaTrobe Valley who have been enveloped by a thick, smokey haze for the past three weeks after the coal mine blaze broke out.

Flare up: Firefighters work through the night to battle a blaze that continues to burn
at Hazelwood coalmine at Morwell, Victoria, in Australia.

Health risk: Smoke from the fire is causing rising levels of carbon monoxide for nearby residents in the town of Morwell.

Fresh fears of potential landslides have emerged, as firefighters pour tens of thousands of water on the out-of-control fire at the mine pit.

While firefighters do their best to contain the blaze, there are new concerns that the mine's walls may not be structurally sound with cracks opening up along the mine's southern walls.

Vulnerable people such as the elderly, young children, pregnant women and anyone with respiratory conditions are being urged to leave the area.

Emergency officials says that although an evacuation has not been declared, they are recommending people leave the area if they are affected by the smoke.

On February 9 an arsonist lit a bushfire that spread to the site in Morwell, Victoria, leaving Hazelwood open-cut mine ablaze. Coal mine fires like this one are particularly hard to put out because they are difficult for firefighters to access underground.

Douse the flames: Fire crews watch on as helicopters are deployed to battle the fire from above.

Broader view: Fire smoulders at Hazelwood coal mine in Victoria, where firefighters
have been battling the blaze for close to three weeks.

Even if the fire looks extinguished it keeps smouldering. A mine spokesperson told MiningAustralia.com.au: ‘You can drop a bucket of water over it and it looks like the fire is out, but it will come back as a smouldering fire.’

Morwell, a town 150km east of Melbourne, is touted by tourism agencies as ‘Victoria’s energy centre’.

The town's 14,000 residents are worried about the long-term health risks associated with exposure to smoke, even though health officials say there is no risk.

‘We are in the dark, we don't know what's going on,’ one resident told ABC.

Authorities say the ‘best case scenario’ would see the fire extinguished in 14 days but concede it could take months.

And police are still hunting for the arsonist who they say has ‘knowledge of fire behaviour’ amid fears the perpetrator could strike again.

Detective Sen-Constable Jason Benbow said police were focusing on arsonists who had struck before, The Herald Sun reported.

'We think someone with local knowledge is behind this, and definitely a knowledge of fire behaviour.

‘This fire has caused millions and millions dollars of damage, not to mention the health effects it has caused, plus the possibility of the power station going down.’

Wide angle: Smoke drifts over the Hazelwood coal mine, causing a health hazard to the nearby community.

The fire could take months to extinguish because coalmine fires are hard to access and keep smouldering.

Victoria's chief health officer Rosemary Lester said an evacuation plan had been prepared but it was not yet necessary to carry out.

‘We've been keeping a very close eye on the carbon monoxide and that has not been a level of concern, which is good,’ she said.

About 25,000 face masks have been given to residents, Vice reported.

Residents are gathering evidence in order to launch a possible class action against the owners of the mine.

Local protest organiser Nerissa Albon said: ‘We're going to collect data to find out whose businesses are suffering and what are the health issues.

‘They're scared, they're starting to get annoyed now.... nobody can say when it's going to finish, it could go on for months. They would want compensation.’ - Daily Mail.

Australia To Get Hotter And Bushfire Season To Last Longer.
Australia will suffer more days of extreme heat and a longer bushfire season as greenhouse gases force temperatures to continue rising, a new report warned yesterday.

The joint study by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation and the Bureau of Meteorology said temperatures across Australia were, on average, almost 1.0 degree Celsius warmer than a century ago.

Seven of the 10 warmest years on record have occurred since 1998 while over the past 15 years the frequency of very hot months has increased five-fold, it said.

The scenario was starkly illustrated in 2013, which was Australia’s hottest year since records began in 1910 and included a prolonged national heatwave.

Megan Clark, chief executive of the CSIRO, Australia’s peak science body, said the country has warmed in every state and territory and in every season.

“Australia has one of the most variable climates in the world. Against this backdrop, across the decades, we’re continuing to see increasing temperatures, warmer oceans, changes to when and where rain falls and higher sea levels,” Clark said.

“The sea-surface temperatures have warmed by 0.9 C since 1900 and greenhouse gas concentrations continue to rise.” Australia is routinely hit by bushfires during its December-February summer months, with hot windy conditions again fanning hundreds of blazes this season with dozens of homes destroyed.

The report said it would only get worse.

“A further increase in the number of extreme fire-weather days is expected in southern and eastern Australia, with a longer fire season in these regions,” it said of areas devastated by fires this year.

It also forecast less rainfall in southern Australia and more severe droughts in a grim warning for farmers. The report, released every two years, added that tropical cyclones were projected to decrease in number but increase in intensity, while rising seas levels would cause more problems for coastal dwellers.

The report said Australian temperatures could rise by 1.0 to 2.5 C by 2070, compared to 1980 to 1999, depending on the level of greenhouse gas emissions.

While cutting global emissions would be crucial to preventing the worst global warming has in store, that alone would not be enough, the agencies warned.

“Adaptation is required because some warming and associated changes are unavoidable,” it said.

Neville Nicholls, a professor at the School of Geography   Environmental Science at Monash University, said Australia was already working to deal with climate change on a practical level.

“Luckily, we have started to adapt to these risks,” he said.

“Heat alert systems in many cities across the world, including Australia, are starting to reduce some of the impacts of severe heat events. And governments, fire services, and bureaucrats have worked to improve the way we prepare for and deal with bushfires; this is an effective climate change adaptation, even if it was not done specifically in response to the climate-driven increased risk.”

Jim Salinger , a climate scientist at the University of Auckland, predicted that the growing heat risks in Australia would see more people moving to the cooler climate of neighbouring New Zealand. - Borneo Post.
